Packages are inspected very carefully before being shipped out to ensure that you are receiving the best product(s) possible. To return store product(s), the product(s) must be in new/great condition/never worn, as the product(s) were when sent to you.
Stamps-tv.com's processing may take 4 business days to complete before shipping products.
Stamps Apparel Store item(s) can be returned within three (3) days of receiving your product(s). No exchanges are permitted. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s). The customer will have a $2.00 restocking fee withheld from their refunded dollar amount.
The customer will receive a tracking number once the product(s) are ready to ship. All packages shipped from stamps-tv.com are required to obtain your signature (signature confirmation) at the time of delivery with the mail carrier. If you are not available during the time of delivery, the mail service provider will leave you a notice for future delivery dates.

You have 24 hours to cancel any apparel, hair, or nail product purchase. After 24 hours your order cannot be canceled.

Once you have placed your order between the hours of Monday 9:30 a.m thru Friday til 5:00 p.m eastern daylight time, it has now begun processing. If you have ordered on the weekend (which starts on Friday 5:00 p.m thru Sunday) your order will be processed on the next business day on Monday 9:30 a.m. Note* There is No processing or shipping on national holidays. Once your order processing is completed (which is an estimated 4-5 business days for clothing apparel), your package will be shipped and it's tracking number will be sent to your email. Mail shipments take approximately 3-8 Business Days for U.S residents and 7-14 Business Days for international shipments. Note* Business days does Not include weekend days.

Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to pick your package up from the postal service provider and the package is returned to the sender by the postal service company (not the customer) you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping paid and minus $2 for the restocking fee.
