Packages are inspected very carefully before being shipped out to ensure that you are receiving the best product(s) possible. To return store product(s), the product(s) must be in new/great condition/never worn, as the product(s) were when sent to you.

Store item(s) can be returned within three (3) days of receiving your product(s). No exchanges are permitted. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s). The customer will have a $2.00 restocking fee withheld from their refunded dollar amount.
The customer will receive a tracking number once the product(s) are ready to ship. All packages shipped from stamps-tv.com are required to obtain your signature (signature confirmation) at the time of delivery with the mail carrier. If you are not available during the time of delivery, the mail service provider will leave you a notice for future delivery dates.
